An immunomodulating effect was observed in experiments from coconut.Egg white contains albumin and essential amino acids and in a study egg white protein supplementation caused a significant increase in the resistance muscle strength.Sweet almond contains oleic and linoleic acid.

Daily dosage:

Take two tablespoon of powder in a glass of warm water or milk three times a day.
