100 tablets or capsules in a pet with leaflet inside a box.

Ammi seed, Fennel, Caraway, Common rue, Wild marjoram, Shellac, Gum Ammoniac, Borax.

This medication enhances digestion and gastric emptying by increasing the GIT motility. In addition some of ingredients such as shellac have astringent activity that can reduce appetite.  Hence the medication can reduce total body weight and BMI(Body mass index).   

Mechanism of action: 

The plants which is used in this medicine have a high compatibility with body physiology; hence can reduce weight by different mechanisms such as:

1) Reducing appetite

2) Ammi, fennel and caraway Accelerate the digestion time and increase the gastric emptying rate, so the fatty foodstuffs pass more rapid through digestion section. By this mechanism the extra fatty substances will not absorb.

3) Rapid defecation of digested substances will also decrease the unnecessary fatty foodstuff reabsorption in gastrointestinal tract.

4) Ammoniac gum increases body metabolism.
